This is the result of my Component 1 A-Level Textile Design Project. I decided to research Plastic Pollution that our society has been creating for decades. To promote awareness about this matter, I created two outfits, solely out of plastics I found in my surrounding. Without even doing research, it is apparent that we are over consuming plastics, through the lack of effort it took me to find this much plastic, as it is constantly surrounded by us. I added the theme of poker cards to signify that we are gambling with our future, if we do not make a change now.
